It seems that where people can not dazzle people with their brilliance they try to baffle them with their bullshit. In regards to Rudd, there is no doubting his intelligence but while overseas our Prime Minister seems intent on dazzling others with his use of big words and dropping a whole lot of acronyms. Consider this little quote.
