The Birth And Death Of My Forums

Only last week I started up a new Forum dedicated entirely to Bloggers. As all forums, it’s success depends entirely on the amount of members that subscribe and how dedicated they are as to the contributions to it’s content.

I know that it can be done as I did quite well with my last Forum that was dedicated to all the different ways that webmasters and the normal user could make money on the Net. Unfortunately I stuffed up when trying to do an upgrade and lost the whole database and so I have to start the whole thing from scratch. As if I didn’t have enough on my plate. I suppose I should learn a valuable lesson about backups but for some reason I reckon the lesson learned will be short lived.

Man, and after I wrote all that good stuff! Oh well, lessons learned, and hopefully all the folks who joined initially will come back, once notification goes out to do it.

Don’t worry Mitch, you weren’t a member of the Forum that bit the dust.

Oh, I didn’t know you had more than one forum; wow!

I actually have three, well two until I get that other one back up again.
