Shame On Noel Biderman For Promoting Adultery

The wanker gesture - fingers and thumb in circ...Image via Wikipedia

What the hell is wrong with society these days that makes them sit back and accept the crap that is dished out to them. I am talking about a post that I read on Zac Johnson’s blog called Ashley Madison Wants You To Have An Affair! This is about some moronic prick who has absolutely no morals! He thinks that it is perfectly OK to have a website promoting extra marital sex. He actually has a stall promoting this distasteful practice and is not trying to hide the fact at all as the motto is “Life is short, have an affair.” Sure, why not? Don’t worry about the effect it will have on people’s families! As long as they get their rocks, or tits, off I’m sure that makes it a completely legitimate business. And that is all it is to the wanker behind ashleymadison.com, a business.

The prick behind this crap is married with children and sees it as a business affair and as long as there is a market out there for his debase product he feels it is entirely OK to promote it. Well Mr. Noel Biderman, I am sure that all the drug dealers in the world feel exactly the same as you do. I mean it’s all about the money right? Too bad that lives are wrecked and people may die. Yes you moron, there is every chance that because of your no moral attitude people may actually die. You don’t think so? What, you have never heard of suicide? If anyone discovers that their partner has cheated on them and can’t live with the situation and decide to take their own life, if their partner had used your site it puts responsibility totally on your shoulders you stupid wanker.

I am surprised that the law actually lets sites like these exist. I don’t give a shit about free speech when it allows morons like this get away with this crap. Next thing you know you will have a trade show where you see a stall with the slogan “Escape Reality! Get High On LSD Today!” This is bullshit and it’s entirely our fault for letting them get away with it. As far as I am concerned that stall should never be allowed and Noel Biderman should be put in stocks so that we can chuck rotten tomatoes at the bastard.

Just a thought, but perhaps people would be better off using sexual aids to bring a bit of spark back into their sex lives rather than running off having affairs left right and center.

Sex Aids Better Than Adultery

If you’re finding marriage a little dull, don’t go elsewhere looking for excitement. Talk to your partner. There are so many things on the market that you can use to reignite that sexual spark. You don’t even have to walk into a store to get it either. Just visit the Best Sex Toys site where you’ll find everything you could ever want to fulfil your sexual desires. You can start off with something as simple as sex furniture, like the image on the right.

You could even delve into masturbators for him or the many varieties of dildos for her.
Perhaps role playing is something that you would like to delve into? Then you should check out some of the exotic apparel there is on offer.
If what you’re interested in isn’t there, drop me a line and I’ll see what I can do.

I think Ashley Madison is great. The more popular it gets, the easier it is to find out if your partner is cheating. Just sign up and look for him/her!

Sites like this keeps the cheaters in one spot and much easier to catch.

  2. BS Artist

I never thought of it that way, but I still feel that the morality of it sucks. Besides once they find out you will only catch the dumb ones and they would get caught sooner or later anyway. if it was up to me I would legislate against the existence of such sites.

  3. Noel Biderman

I think you need to face reality – people cheat – and they did so long before the advent of ashleymadison. As for your drug dealer analogy – the most abused substance out there is alcohol, which is responsible for the deaths of thousands of people each year – so, per your thesis, we should revisit a state of prohibition and pursue violent retribution to those executives who produce and distribute alcoholic “drinks”. Nice. I think it is your own pedestrian BS that needs some exposing…

  4. BS Artist

Thanks Noel for gracing my blog. In regards to alcohol we do not need to go to the old prohibition days, what we need to do is to educate people to drink responsibly. Whether or not people listen is up to them.

As for your line of business I stand by my claim, that profiteering by giving people an avenue to cheat is immoral, and the fact that you can not see it does not surprise me at all.

Yes drugs ruin lives, as does alcohol and now we can also add Noel Biderman’s AshleyMadison to the list.

I see it this way, Sire. It may be immoral, but it’s not illegal, and that’s why sites like this can exist. Personally, I don’t have a major problem with it, because it’s all about personal responsibility, and of course none of us can legislate morality. I know I won’t be a part of it, that’s for sure.

My problem with it all is that his ads can send people over the brink, those who may never have considered adultery before may actually think, ‘what the heck?’

So are you saying that adultery is legal in America? And what does he mean by my ‘pedestrian BS’?

    1. Mitch

First, Sire, of course adultery isn’t against the law in the U.S.; is it illegal in Australia? Now, it is grounds for a divorce, but it’s still not illegal here. And basically, what he’s saying is your position is puritan, at least based on the laws of America. Many people might believe as you do and say so, but in America, people can do whatever they wish, for the most part, and alcohol really is as big a problem as drugs, but it’s legal and drugs aren’t.

So, basically, you and he don’t agree on this one; doesn’t mean either of you are really right or wrong, but you did call him out, sort of. If he was pandering to little children, I’d be agreeing with you more; I may not find it all that proper, but it is what it is, and adults will do what they will.

I didn’t think so as it is more a moral issue than anything else. The thing that I want to know is where will it end? Once you allow one form of immorality you open up the doors to other forms. People will go online saying the sex with minors is fine as long as they have their consent. Sure that is illegal now, but you just mark my words, the day will come when it is legalized and people like me will blog against it but it will go unnoticed because it is no longer illegal.

The thing is, all that aside, he is promoting the breakdown of marriage, and I see that as a great wrong to society and to all those involved in the ensuing broken marriages.

        1. Mitch

And of course that’s your right, Sire. I guess the thing is that, one, the divorce rate in America is really high; two, his isn’t the only site that’s geared towards this sort of thing, so it really does come down to making money, as it seems he has no emotional investment in it; three, in America, there are actually communities now where kids can get married at the age of 13 with parental consent, and in these communities parents give permission (my grandmother got married at 13, by the way). I don’t say that to say that child pornography or the like will ever be legal, nor should it, but what one society considers immoral, another might not, but the world society will still exist, and things will become more puritan and less restrictive with each generation because history always repeats itself. I don’t think it’s much to worry about overall.

No wonder the divorce rate is so high when sites like his help to propagate its increase.

How the hell can a parent consent to a 13year old getting married. A 13 year old does not have the emotional capacity to enter a married relationship. That’s why we don’t give them a driving license or allow them to drink. Man, it may have worked for your grandmother but as far as I’m concerned those relationships are doomed to failure, and so the divorce rate continues to escalate.

  7. Mitch

You may be right, Sire, but those are the rules. It’s not universal, but in America, there are states rights also. As for my grandmother, she married a much older man, and it didn’t end up working out. But it was a family pattern for the women in her family.

Heck Mitch, it makes you wonder how you Yanks (no offense) can cringe at the word bullshit and yet you let loose morals ran rampant.

On the note of offensive language, I remember a movie with Eddie Murphy where every second word was the ‘F’ word and I was just wondering how that could be allowed when the ‘S’ word isn’t?

    1. Mitch

There’s a difference between “paid” and “free” information. On the airwaves, “free” TV has restrictions because it’s considered as family entertainment. In the movies, we have a rating system, so if someone wishes to pay for it, then they can get it. That’s kind of the point. On the site you mentioned, it’s adult and someone’s paying for it, morality notwithstanding. The site doesn’t[ promote sex specifically, nor paying for it, so it’s legal. But if it did advocate sex or money or paying for it, well, that’s a slippery legal slope one might have to deal with later on.

By the way, “free” also pertains to just walking around. Sure, there’s a lot of cursing that goes on, but in some communities, if the police want to harass you, they can arrest you for abusive language because it’s in public. They usually don’t, but they can, which is why one usually watches what they say in front of the police See, we have freedom of speech, but there are rules that govern it in the “free” world.

And trust me, Australia still has way more nude beaches than America does, so people here would be talking about loose morals in thinking about Australia. 🙂 See what I meant when I was talking about cultural differences?

Woo Hoo! I’m over here now! :thumbup_tb:

First, Eddie Murphy movie – Raw – and I saw that with my father when I was like 14 or something insane. I don’t think he realized how bad it would be and I’m not sure who was more embarrassed.

Second, once a person’s mind is set to something there is no changing it. You are really, really, really against adultery and anything eluding to it. Of course, this makes me wonder if you have been a victim [in some form] of this. Not that I want an answer to that. I don’t think this kind of advertising could get persuade someone to commit adultery. If a person is going to commit adultery there is more to it [and them] than just an ad promoting it. I see ads for alcohol all the time and I don’t [rarely] drink. In America we promote greed by giving these great ‘golden parachutes’ to high power executives who fail yet screw the little guy who busts his ass so the high powered exec could get that parachute [a lot of these workers lost their jobs to pay for those packages], but I don’t act in that manner.

Basically, either someone is going to do it or not and it is completely out of any of our control [yours, mine, his-Noel]. I do like how you promote your Top Sexual Aids as an alternative and, possibly a marriage saver. Kudos to you! Maybe you should work that angle a bit more. Use his ads to your benefit. Why cheat when you can spice up your love life with the one you love [and avoid any lingering unwanted gifts from that tryst]? Marketing at its finest!

      1. BS Artist

Nope, never a victim. Anne I think you belittle the power of advertising. While it may not effect you it does affect many others. This is why companies pay so much to put their ads in front of people, because they know it converts.

It’s why the government restricts smoking ads over here. You can’t even have cigarettes displayed on shop counters. There are so many people who think that because it’s on TV or something it makes it right and that may be all that is needed to make someone cross the line.

Welcome to my Bullshit site Anne.

Hey there is nothing wrong with nude beaches, after all that is how we came into the world. Perhaps if everyone walked around naked we would have lowlifes like Noel promoting his crappy immoral site. And anyway Mitch, I dispute the fact that we have more nude beaches than you do. In South Australia we only have one.

    1. Mitch

Well Sire, this proves my point. The reason I say Australia has more nude beaches is because the United States really doesn’t have any “legal” nude beaches. Nudity in public is considered immoral here; see how our countries differ on different things? That’s my only point here.

True, but if I had to choose between sauntering down a nudist beach and having to watch those stupid ads promoting adultery, I will take the stroll down the nude beach any day.

  10. Tonya

I read about Ashley Madison after searching for affair tips in Google. I signed up and had an affair a few months ago. Now my marriage is MUCH more tolerable and I can get up in the mornings again. I still love my husband but it was sure nice to be appreciated for the first time in many years!

  11. BS Artist

You see Tonya that makes no sense to me at all. My sexual drive is way higher than my wife and I always have to make the first move, and even then I sometimes get knocked back. I could easily get some on the side and satisfy my urges, but it’s because I love my wife that I remain faithful.

    1. Mitch

Are you sure the Tonya persona is real, Sire? No link to a website, so only you’d know if the email address was legit. Of course, if I were admitting online that I cheated on my spouse, I guess I wouldn’t want to divulge my name either. But the conspiracy theorist in me is starting to thinksome parts of this is a setup.

Hard to say Mitch. What I can tell you is that it is a Hotmail account. Her and Noel both use Canadian servers and lastly the link that directed her to the post was also from a Hotmail account? Sound fishy do you think?

        1. Mitch

Yes, and now I know Debz is also a plant, because it’s also a Canadian based domain. Look at that; here I was, defending America, and none of the people involved are American!

One wonders if they came to America because it wouldn’t wash in Canada, or if it is a conspiracy against Americans.

          2. Mitch

They didn’t come to America at all. I made an assumption that they were American.

  12. Greene

You see, Sires, that the man’s last name is Biderman, and when talking about morals, talmudic Judaism and Christian morals are far apart, I would even go to say that morals do exist in talmudic Judaism, as there is no line that really IS in it, and the only drive behind talmudic worldview is money. If you ever have a chance to read talmud do yourself a favor. You’ll understand why somebody who is of that faith(I’m agnostic btw) would see it not just perfectly normal to make money on something like this, but even good.

    1. BS Artist

I don’t know if that is completely accurate. I did a bit of research and it seems that while a man may get away with adultery the woman doesn’t and if what you say is true this just goes to show the Noel has a poor regard for women.
