OK, while the site the link takes you to looks legitimate the whole thing has been set up to get your personal credit card information, and why would they want that? So they can use it to charge things on your card. So, it’s not about putting money in, it’s all about taking money out. Don’t fall for this one.
I get all sorts of messages; the last allegedly from Paypal claiming problems with my account. I just ignore them. The African ones get a very speedy delete.
