I suppose I must have been asleep when this hit the news, as it is rare footage of a water spout, and apparently it was on the Channel 7 news. This video shows some moron trying to get into the water spout and the spectator rightfully calls him an idiot.
Imagine what the chances are of being at the right place at the right time to get this shot. it’s a shame it wasn’t all that clear. Probably taken on a mobile phone ot something.
