They reckon that duct tape has many uses and it seems that one criminal used it instead of the traditional stocking or balaclava. Unfortunately for him he looked more of a joke than a crook and was apprehended by police.
What is really funny is that even though caught red handed he professes his innocence, so what other excuse can their be except to say that duct tape affects normal brain function. Perhaps his defence lawyers can use this saying that he originally put on the duct tape because he heard it cured warts and once he had wrapped it all over his head he got this sudden urge to be the Duct Tape Bandit 😆
