Planting New Forests To Combat Climate Change.

The latest reports on how global warming will affect Australia is that by 2030 temperatures will rise by one degrees celsius and by 2070 it will rise by five degrees. That’s not so bad you say, well the effect it will have on our country can be quite devastating. It is already the driest continent in the world, well with these sort of increases it means that it can expect to be 40 – 80% drier.

A prominent Australian scientist, Jim Peacock, says the planting of new forests can help reduce this problem. I have posted the following news article for you to read.
