Ever wonder what tactics work best when certain Government agencies are trying to solve a crime? Perhaps this will give you a better idea of which tactic works best.
The LAPD, the FBI, and the CIA are arguing over who is the best department for apprehending criminals and as no-one could agree the President decides to give them a test. He releases a rabbit into the forest and tells them that they have to catch it.
The CIA goes in first and places animal informants everywhere. They then question all all animal plant an mineral witnesses and after a couple of months they conclude that no rabbits exist in the forest.
Then the FBI goes in. After a couple of weeks an no leads they burn the whole forest killing everything in it including the rabbit and say that the rabbit had it coming to him.
Then the LAPD goes in and they come out after just two hours with a badly beaten bear who is screaming “OK, OK! I’m a rabbit, I’m a rabbit!”
