So what was it that the Aussies did for their leg of the Olympic Torch Relay that the rest of the world was unable to do. It is surprising that it went so well even though the Chinese managed to orchestrate over 10,000 student supporters to make sure that they outnumbered the Tibetan protesters.

Out of all the reports I read in the news it seems that the Chinese contingent caused most of the problems throughout the day.

So, why was it a success? Perhaps because the AFP manged to keep the Chinese men in blue at bay. Yep, they don’t take any crap from anybody.
