Viva Las Vegas In Hotel Las Vegas

I reckon that ever since I saw Elvis Presley in Viva Las Vegas I have been itching to go and spend some quality time at one of the many hotels you can find there. After all, it wouldn’t be a true Las Vegas experience unless one could do it hotel las vegas style.

The gambling side of it doesn’t really interest me, although I reckon I will still give that side a bit of a go, as its the lifestyle itself that I find really appealing. The fact that there is always something happening 24/7 I reckon I could really fit a lot into the holiday experience no matter how long I choose to stay.

I’ve been to Las Vegas twice, and both times I stayed in one of the original hotels, though one is now totally gone. It is way more than just the gambling, but it also depends on which time of the year you go.Trust me, you do NOT want to be in Vegas in July!

Why is that Mitch? I suppose that would be your summer? Reckon the beer would go down well in July.

Yes, that’s summer, and beer would only go down if you could get to it. In the casinos you’d do well, but once you ventured out,… I know it gets hot in some places in Australia, but when I was there one July the “coldest” it got was 93F, and that was in the evening. During each day there, it was well over 107F, and one day it hit 111F; that translates to about 44C for you. And it’s super dry; sweat granulates while you’re walking, and you feel gritty all the time. No sir, I’ll never make that mistake again, because I will be going back some day.

Yeah, we get to the over 40C here and I like it better when its a dry heat, but then I suppose there are degrees of dryness. I wouldn’t mind paying Las Vegas a visit, but maybe not in July.
