I tell you if I had a little bit of cash to spare, I would be looking overseas to invest. Imagine having some property in the Mediterranean, what a bloody bonus. Not only is it assured to go up in value, and you would probably make a bit by renting it out, but you also have a great place to retire and before that happens a place to go for your holidays.

It seems that North Cyprus Property hasn’t copped all the development that Southern Cyprus has and it still has a lot of rural charm as well as holding exceptional value for money. It would even be safe to buy as some developers have built on properties that they own so there is no need to worry about any shonky deals. Oh well if I win the lottery this weekend I know which property I’m flying over to see.
