Exercise should be a very important part of your life for several reasons, the most important being health and fitness. There are so many people out there who go on crazy diets to lose weight but do not exercise because they do not understand that exercise is an important part of any weight loss regime.

Perhaps they think it is all to hard, but it doesn’t have to be especially if you get yourself a half decent treadmill as with one of these you can exercise anytime you want. You can even do it in front of the TV watching your favourite program. Believe me, once you get into a routine and notice how much better you are feeling because of your exercise regime you will be looking for other ways to ad to it.
