Buying Exact Replica Watches

Lately I have been getting an exorbitant amount of junk email all trying to sell me exact replicas of world-renowned watches such as Rolex, Omega, Cartier, Tag Heuer and Chanel. Now I am always wary of scam email so I wasn’t about to get sucked in by any junk email ads, but I figured it would be nice to sport a good looking replica on my wrist.

I checked my affiliates to see if they offered any companies that sold replica watches and I found one who was apparently the leading supplier of replica watches online and had over 3000 products and 50 different brands. So I figured if I had to get one I may as well use a site known for selling good replicas. After all, I don’t want to buy one that fell apart after a couple of weeks.

    I have one of their rolex copies and it is a great watch that looks acts and smells like the real thing! I would not trust it in the water and a close examination will not reveal it’s secret. There are things that do seem off such as the rotating bezel being less solid in the clicks than a real one and one dot being ever so slightly out of alignment. The quality is good for the price and if it stays up for a year with good timekeeping it will be well worth the money. If the watch lasts I will buy another but their site is down today and I don’t know if it’s permanent or not. I have heard that these guys supply the sites that sell for twice as much.

      I ordered 2 watches from this company – Todate 16 days later No delivery and no response from thier automated systems. Also the phone says that all agents are busy..yeah right…I am waiting for a reply or delivery after spending over $350. Thier service is Disgraceful. DONT BUY FOM THEM !!

    I’ve bought a few replica watches in NYC, and at this point I’m greatly disappointed. They looked great, but three of them broke fairly quickly once I got home, and the fourth has the watch band way too big, even after I took out all the extra links, and, with these things, I know if I try to go in and take out the entire watch band I’m going to just break the thing off. Never again!

    No, I believe most of them were probably getting the stuff from the same suppliers in China; I was in Chinatown at the time. I’d have had no way of knowing differently.

    The comment about buying replicas in NYC is probably about buying street versions that are cheap $2 variety style watches and not your quality replicas. I’ve bought the types with folded links and $1 movements that look good in the box and won’t work even a few days, but the ones that I get from the “exact” site are quality and worth double what you pay. I have even recently ordered another and if I get mugged it hurts a lot less to replace a $200 than a $6000 piece. I’ll buy the real thing for real work but for everyday I’ll take the quality lookalike.

    The watches you are looking at are the ones that are jacked up on cost and are the same as the exactreplicas.com so check them out for $120 instead of $200. Same watch out of the same factory for about $100 less. Same goes for prestige and others. They buy these and sell them higher as “those”.
    I’m not in the biz, just giving you the straight info.

    Haven’t tried replicaz99.com yet but if they are equal to the site that I use you’ll save $10 and if not you’ll lose $109! I suppose there must be hundreds of offerings but I usually stay with the one I’m satisfied with and I’m wearing my Rolly copy now. I wear it all day, every day unless I’m flying and then I get out my real watch. So far the copy has kept good time and hasn’t let me down.

    I got scammed! Never thought I would fall for this, but I did. Ordered two watches and a wooden box. Received two watches today. Opened, didn’t find any packing list or any other info. The watches were not the ones I ordered. Looked very cheap and I’m waiting to hear back from the “company” about how to return the watches. Will probably never see neither an answer nor my $355… 🙄
    Don’t buy anything from exactreplicas.com!!!

    The comment sounds like a competitor! They always send their watches with no paperwork! After all, they are replicas! I have repeatedly gotten exactly what was ordered from exactreplicas.com and have had a lot of friends complain about orders placed through other sites but everyone that I tell about exact is pleased with their service. I’ll bet “Chris” works for prestige or one of the other sites. I’ll keep buying from the exact site because they always provide exactly what the site says they will. They don’t sell the real $6,500 to $30,000 watches after all. They do sell good quality and the submariner I wear daily keeps good time or I would not wear it. I also don’t work for any place that sells watches. I’m just a satisfied customer.

      I ordered a Rolex Daytona on about three weeks ago from exactreplicas.com. My bank account was charged almost immediately for $162, with a promise of standard delivery within 3-7 days. As of today, more than three weeks later, I have received nothing… no watch, no correspondence, nothing. Multiple phone calls and emails to the company have gone unreturned, so today I reported this alleged company to the Internet Crime Complaint Center, a division of the FBI.
      If you have had success ordering from this company, consider yourself fortunate. I have discovered (after the fact, unfortunately) that there are many others across the country who have been taken by this company.

      I also got screwed by exactreplicas.com. I wish I had read this blog before loosing $165. It is 100% illegal to charge a credit card before delivering. They charged me the same day but 6 days later they have not shipped anything. Willima Bolton sure works with them. I’m going to give them until tomorrow for them to ship my watch. if not, I’ll also go to the FBI.

      They definitely don’t have any stock and can’t guaranty they’ll ship your watch.

          I got my watch! I was pretty excited yesterday night. today, I realized that there are some differences with the one I ordered. the hands are red and the face design is different. I thought they sent me another model but my watch doesn’t look like any other model they have. I guess now I own a Chinese original design. It looks good and I like it but it wont fool anyone that has ever seen the real version.

    Please avoid this company. Complete scam. Watches in no way look like the original- waaaay too small. Promised automatic movement- got quartz movement. Noone will think it’s the real thing. Customer service terrible.

      I got a watch from this company, it looked great, but didn’t work. I contacted the company strait away. they told me to send it back so I did. they contacted me after I sent the watch and asked for a tracking number which I didn’t have as they did not specify to send it registered post. after good communication with the company and the threat of leagal action, They sent me a working watch, that I still wear, I got it about 2 years ago and have had no problems with it.

      So after a bumpy start to the transaction, I was very happy with the prompt replies to my emails, and with the final out come.

      I guess you just have to stand your ground and not give in.

    Some of you wanted to hear what happened to me after I wrote thread 14.
    I contacted my credit card company immediately after discovering that the goods exactreplica sent to me was total crap – not even functional watches – and not at all what they describe or show on their web page. American Express asked me to send them copies of the web page info and my order. After I done that, they paid me my money back – American Express, not exactreplicas! I finally got a reply to my emails to exactreplicas.com. They sent me a return address. I sent the crap back, but I also got an email where they asked me if I didn’t want to keep them, and pay half the price!!! Even if I claimed my money back including return costs, I never heard from them again. I haven’t seen if they paid the money back, maybe American Express took care of that after they paid me. AmEx seems to know about the scam, because thare was no discussion whatsoever whether they would refund me.
    So, contact your credit card company if you experience scams! If they are customer oriented, they will help you!

      When buying use only Amex to purchase–never lost after 5 seperate purchases over last 6 years. Mastercard and Visa are a big thumbs down when handling chargebacks.

    I ordered a watch from ExactReplicas back on Feb 24, 2008. They did not send the watch I ordered but instead tossed a complete piece of junk that couln’t be worth more than 10.00 in a envelope and sent it to me. I was able to send the watch back (they made no offer to pay postage) and on April 10th, 2008 received a watch similar to the one I had ordered but not the one I waited all this time for.

    I went to the mall today and looked at the watches for sale Macys and realized that the $162.00 I wasted on this foolish replica could have purchase a much nicer looking watch.

    There is no Santa Claus and $162 replicas sure as hell don’t look the real thing.

    It was greed that lead me to belive that I could actually get something for nothing.

    Lesson learned, and only cost me 162.00; I’m walking away a winner.

    It seems to me that buying a Replica on-line may not be the way to go as you may not get what you bargained for. Seems a damn shame though because a I have never been dissatisfied with an online purchase before. I am sure that an online store that sells quality replica watches must exist and that perhaps ExactReplicas is not the one.

    It would be nice if someone from ExactReplicas could offer some input on this matter in their defense.

      I am in the process of sending back a watch from exactreplicas.com. The watch did not work upon arrival! The product is fair considering the price however their customer service department is a nightmare. They have a 1-888 number that cannot be called outside the US so email was my only method of contact. NOT GOOD. They took days to reply to me only to find out I had to return the watch at my cost, no offer from the company to pay for this. This company has zero understanding of the meaning of customer service. It’s a bit of a sham! Very frustrating.

      I’m currently waiting to see if I receive another watch. I have already notified VISA. Be very careful. If you do buy cross your fingers you get what you orderd.

      I DO NOT work for a competitor. This email is 100% true. Be very cautious when buying from this company.

        Oh, I almost forgot to add. It took six weeks to recieve my watch from the date I purchased it. When I tried to contact exactreplicas.com to see why the delay ZERO response!

        Be very cautious. If I lived in the US I would try the company 1-888 just to see if it works? I would love to find out. I’m in Canada and the number can’t be dialed from outside US.

          The 888 number works about as well as their watches seem to. I have called multiple times and all you get is a recording saying all their “Customer Service Representatives” are busy and to leave a message, which they never return.

    I called their number twice but it always went to voice mail. They did however return my calls in each instance. Several days before I actually received my watch (via express mail) I had put in a protest claim to Mastercard for non-delivery. If I knew that they had shipped the wrong watch a second time I would never have signed for the delivery.

    Update, I received the second watch and again problems with chronograph funtion. I sent an email and received a call from a very nice customer service representative who offered to credit my payment to pay for shipping if I returned the watch, or keep it a very nice discount. I also received an offer of a discounted price on future purchases. I have ordered two more watches. I will update when they arrive and let you know if I receive what I ordered. I compared my watch to the real thing and it’s about 95% accurate.

    It’s like with all products you are bound to get some duds. I once bought a 26inch Panasonic TV which wouldn’t even turn on but I returned it for a new replacement. In other words, the true worth of a company is measured not only in the way it treats it’s customers but also in how it supports it’s products.

    I just purchased last night and I’ve noticed now that the site is down and no reply from my emails. Having purchased a replica I was skeptical of the customer service from the site but reading arround I am noticing that this deal is going to turn sour. Going to call credit card company now to see if thy can cancel the charge. Do they have a regular land line phone number so one can call from outside the US?

    I tried to calling them several times. They pick up the phone and then hang up. Their webpage promises a live chat with a customer service rep; it’s never active. They list several models of one watch under a completley different name. Finally, they show a picture of a knockoff watch available for 30 bucks at their “low price” of $154.

      this sounds like Replicas Reply to the negative feedback and the unreliable service they offer…Well they don’t offer a service at all as far as I have experienced….The onyl service they really offer is a credit or debit card systemt, take your oney and then fail to respond…I ahve a ID number from them,numerous ticket numbers and NO reply to ym concerns about NON delivery and thier stinking uselss customer service. I did buy 4 original Seikos from different 2 sellers Ebay UK and got them all and checked them out and they are all orginal for almost the same price each as the F+king useless FAKE watches which I have never even recieved. I will never buy form these tossers again or ever buy a fake watch…It is not worth the trouble., $370 lost. We live and learn….hopefully!

    Confident from prior experience that I would eventually receive an order, I placed three consecutive orders on 3/18, 3/19, and 3/20. After about a month, I received a partial order that contained some items from the other orders. They sent a second shipment that disappeared after arrival at US customs. I was able to track it from the tracking numbers customer relations had given me for the three orders. Yes, I actually managed to reach a guy in India via their customer service number. However, one of the three tracking numbers he gave me didn’t work.
    Since I didn’t receive most of what I had ordered, I opened a dispute case with American Express. They are investigating and have promised to credit me for the non delivered items. I had notified Exactreplicas prior to intitiating the dispute, via e-mail, that I wished to cancel the remainder of my order. No response.
    People, this is a company that lists Chicago, ILL, on their website, debits your card at Oakland, CA, has a customer relations guy in India and ships product from China. Their customer service is a bad joke. Beware.

    I placed three orders because I decided I wanted something more each time. The reply feature asked for a website. I didn’t know my name would be linked to it like it is. I really didn’t know why the reply form asked for it but suspected it was to place my comment to the appropriate website being discussed. I’m a newbee here. BTW, I think ExactReplicas is not a scam site. Instead, IMO, they have incredibly bad management and order coordination. Keep your order small and take a chance, if you like. However, be prepared to wait far longer than they advertise on their website.

    Crap! I wish I would have found this website a few days ago! I ordered a “swiss” submariner from them yesterday and right off the bat they charged my card 2 times. I talked to their customer service guy (in India) and they have no knowledge of my order, even with the order number on my invoice? He said that it isn’t in their system yet and that I need to call back Monday or Tuesday until anything can be done. I have a feeling I am in for a bumpy ride!

    Has anyone purchased one of their “swiss watches”? Are they better than the cheaper one?

    Well after they (exact replicas) charged my card twice (for 1 transaction), couldn’t find my order number, and never returned my emails or phone calls I called my bank and had one of the charges reversed and the other canceled. I completely walked away from that company (wiser and at no financial loss) and went to http://www.myswissreplicaz.com and have been far more happy! I get a lady that speaks English and knew the difference between the watches I was looking at, and made me feel a lot better about what I was purchasing. I am paying more ($650 for a 2008 Swiss SS Submariner) but I feel confident that I am getting what I am paying for. I should have it next Wednesday :mrgreen: I will let you know!

    Well, I finally received the last shipment from ExactReplicas and it contained the rest of my order in its entirety. Customs had held my shipment for five weeks. In the meantime, I had initiated with Amex a dispute of the charges and they decided in my favor. After I signed for the package, I suspected the order would be fouled up but, as it turned out, everything was there as ordered. Consequently, I called AMEX and instructed them to pay back the original charges. Case closed. So far, I’ve placed three orders with Exact and they’ve delivered every time, although extremely delayed. They have terrible customer relations and the watches you receive aren’t always as described on the website. Example: The Panerai I ordered had the standard description of 25 jewel Japanese automatic movement when, in fact, it turned out to have a manual wind movement. However, that was OK with me. In fact, I preferred it and it appears to be very well made. It is the Panerai skeleton model, in case anyone is interested. BTW, it is HUGE. Massive bling factor.

    everyone I’ve read or talked to said the Daytona models didn’t have functional chronometers. Mine doesn’t either. The little dials are fake but for some reason can be moved with the chrono buttons a digit at a time. Very strange and useless. The movement is undoubtedly the same as the Subs and others.
    You’re correct about the customer relations or lack thereof. It just couldn’t be worse. You place your order, wait and hope and wait some more. They’re website is flat out dishonest in that regard {ie ships within 48 hours, etc.}. If you get it within four weeks, consider it warp speed delivery.

    Watch update…I had my issues with exact replicas and was able to stop payment and walk away unharmed (financially). From the advice of your site I decided to purchase my 2008 SS Submariner from myswissreplicas.com for $650. I placed my order on 5/19 and just got my watch yesterday (5/28) and it’s absolutely perfect! I have purchase 2 Japanese model’s in the past and it’s unbelievable how much better this one is. I was worried that I might have spent too much just to get another crappy version of a Rolex…but I am VERY HAPPY with what I got, it’s as close to the real thing as it gets. The customer service was WAY better and they don’t offer faster shipping but I got it pretty quickly (9 days). I knew as soon as I started my purchase with exactreplicas that I made a bad decision and wish I would have found this blog first. If you can afford the extra money and want as close to the real thing as possible I highly recommend myswissreplicaz.com. I am a mortgage broker in Seattle and get nothing for referring you to them except the feeling that I might have saved someone from the same disappointment that I felt.     I ordered my watch from Exact Replicas on June 9th, found this website after a little digging on June 13th due to the anxiety I felt after placing my order and not receiving a tracking # in a timely manner. My heart sank when I found this blog and I felt as if I had just been taken for just under $200 on my visa. Needless to say I wrote then and they responded everytime (sometimes 2 days later) and I finally received my tracking number on June 17th.

    Long story short… I did, in fact, receive a stunning watch in the mail. While the company’s customer service is nearly non-existent and the shipping took much longer than stated on the website – I am very pleased with the watch.

    Similar to Jake’s experience, I too purchased a watch (Tag Heuer) from exactreplicas.com in late July. I too saw other blog sites that have posted comments on exactreplicas in the days following my order as I was also getting a feeling of being scammed. After reading all the neg comments and experiences from other purchasers, I knew at that moment I can kiss the $200 bucks goodbye. I sent one email to exactreplicas with a link to one of the blog sites stating that they have a GREAT reputation out there and to prove it wrong, just send me what I ordered. That’s where I left it knowing that pursuing this further is a waste of my time. About 4 weeks later (I have started to forget about this by now) lo and behold…what should arrive in my post office box?…It was packaged crudely and as I was opening it (there was alot of bubblewrap and package tape alright!), I was wondering what the hell it was. When I saw a glimpse of a watch band, I was completely speechless. The Tag was a pleasure to look at and yes, the chronos do not work (as expected) but apart from that, it looked and weighed like the real thing.

    Anyway, that was my experience with this mob. In the past, I have bought many replica watches but they have all been COD purchases in China. And for a good fake, I still had to fork out about AUD100-150 bucks for it and I have to say that this TAG replica is of a better quality (time will tell though)then those ones.

    In saying that, I think I was one of the lucky ones to have received anything at all and to be honest, and until these guys improve on their delivery times and customer service, I for one will not be returning any time soon to make another donation. Cheers.

I mean how hard would it have been to have a not with your watch to apologize for getting it to you so late and maybe even offer a discount on your next purchase.     Unfortunately, I must add my voice to the chorus of negative comments against ExactReplicas.com. Really, I feel such a fool! I also did a bit of research before placing an order with ExactReplicas.com but, alas, did not find comments such as those of this blog until AFTER inception of the order. So: I placed my order for a replica Vacheron Constantin in good faith and almost immediately received a confirmation via e-mail with an order number and an invoice attached. So far, so good. Three days later, I received another e-mail, stating that my order was successfully ‘processed.’ The charge for the watch appeared as a pending transaction against my credit card. Three weeks passed with no further communication, neither an e-mail to follow up from ExactReplicas.com nor posting of the final charge to my credit card. I contacted ExactReplicas.com via e-mail to obtain an update as I was going abroad and did not wish the parcel to be ‘in limbo’ during my absence. I received a relatively timely response indicating that there was a delay but that my order was ‘in queue to ship,’ would ship without fail in 3 – 6 days, with a tracking number to follow within 6 – 10 days. Three more weeks passed with no further communications. I sent another e-mail to request that my order be terminated. Some days later, I received a response in which it was stated that there had been no response from the ‘warehouse’ (i.e. China) concerning shipment of my order and that, therefore, my cancelation request had been processed – PROVIDED that the watch had not actually shipped. No harm, no foul. After another three weeks passed, I unexpectedly received an e-mail stating that my order had shipped. I was given a tracking number, and the charge for the watch posted to my credit card account that same day. Nearly twenty business days have elapsed since then, and there is no trace of the alleged parcel. The tracking number is inactive, and thus far the only explanation offered by ExactReplicas.com is that the tracking system employed by the parcel carrier (EMS; http://www.ems.com.cn) has not yet updated. After eighteen business days!? In my business, I ship and track international parcels on a daily basis and have occasionally used EMS myself (which, by the way, I STRONGLY discourage to all who read this!) Earlier today, I sent a final e-mail to info@exactreplicas.com and the e-mail address posted on various consumer experience sites and blogs by the mysterious ‘Martin’ (who assures us all that our unfortunate experiences with his rubbish firm are not indicative of an overall lack of integrity) to demand a full refund. Very sorry to all for going on a bit, but as I said I feel an absolute fool. Cheers.

    I wanted to add my experience with exactreplica’s-I ordered a SS Rolex Submariner for $119.00 and paid with Amex. The watch arrived via express mail in a large envelope, well wrapped in bubble wrap. The watch is very nice. In every way that I can tell (and I used to be the manager of the watch department of an upscale jewelry store that sold Rolex, Cartier, Omega, and Tudor watches)this watch looks, feels, and works just like a real submariner. The watch came from China, it took 5 weeks to arrive. I was nervous that perhaps I had been scammed, but the watch did arrive, it is as advertised, and I am really happy with it. I hope that this gives you guys some hope for your orders.

    I bought a watch from exact replicas twice. They definitely take a long time to arrive because of the way they are shipped and because China is a big old slow country still only beginning to learn what customer service is all about.

    The Patek Phillipe I got is still beautiful, keeps time extremely well and my wife is very happy with it even if it is a mans watch – she just likes em bigger. It did take a very long time to arrive, but I’m still amazed everytime I look at it and I’ll probably get the same one for myself.

    I also later bought a Rolex. I got it for myself. It is beautiful but I’ve had two issues with it. Issue one – The luminous hands aren’t very much so and I read in advance that might be the case. No biggie.

    Issue two is that a screw in the band came loose every once in a while. I used super glue in the hole and put the screw back in. No more problem. This one also took a long time to arrive, but I was ready for that this time around.

    I’ve purchased several other things direct from China from jewelry and R/C companies and the story is about the same with respect to long delivery times and long customer service turnaround. Shipping from China is very time consuming. Service at one of the R/C places is excellent but not much so at various others.

    Bottom line – be patient – Don’t expect an immediate response. They don’t have a lot of people manning the customer service end of things.

    Once in a while you might get something other than what you really ordered but at these prices you probably ought to expect that.

However, it arrived today and it is perfect. My brother in law has a geniune one ( I was there when he bought it at a major NYC jeweler) and you cannot tell the difference.     I purchased three watches on december 23rd, 2008 after a Friend of mine purchased a Panerai watch shipped to South America, after three weeks she got the watch but it wasn´t working, she returned it and received the new watch in perfect conditions a month later (In south america). A friend of ours have the original and the only difference is in the band, but it is a slight one. After that I ordered my watches without hessitation, but after two weeks of not receiving my watch in an address in the US, I started getting concerned, and also all my inquires made to the e-mail provided by them were ignored. My credit card was already charged and after I wrote to the address posted on this site exactserve@hushmail.com I got a very rude response indicating that my order wasn´t processed and if I wanted to cancel it, I should let them know (They sent me on December 26th a confirmation of my order an a tracking number that it didn´t work). I´m going to take a chance to see what happens, I already tried to cancel payment on my VISA and they told me that it was to late, so all I can do is pray that I´m one of the lucky ones. I´ll update you guys as soon as I have a response. But for the buyers who read this before purchasing at exact replicas, from what I can see on this site and in at http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/exact-replicas-c52587.html it is too risky and it is a lotto game, with the risk of losing everything.

Just to put things into perspective more people are willing to complain when things do not go their way than people who have a positive experience, so in essence we are not really getting an accurate account of Replica Watches true performance.     Yes I imagine that during the busiest time of the year, expecting a 3 to 5 days as indicated may not be very reasonable, but after all the comments I reviewed in both sites I started feeling “really nervous, what I believe is understandable. Concerning the “Rude” response, I´m going to be more objective: I made inquiries about: Non response to two prevous inquiries, information for delivery new arrangements and tracking number that didn´t work, concern about the band type that wasn´t confirmed. With the previous reviews, and a mechanical response that didn´t clarify any of my questions (instead I was told that my order could be cancelled) I didn´t feel very comfortable & safe either. However, thanks Jenny for your response on this site, it made me feel safer and I hope that if I ignore time and customer service, I will receive my order without any problems. I will uptade on my experience with exact replicas.

    I have ordered 2 Rolex like watches from EXACTREPLICA.COM, and received both. They say the watch will be mailed in 24 hours, and the watch in on “hand.” Neither is true. The watches come from China, therefore, you will not receive the watch in the promised time. Both of the watches that I ordered arrived in about 6 to 8 weeks.
    The quality of the watches that I received is good. They look good, and they both work/keep accurate time.
    Other than the “slow” delivery time, Exactreplica delivered the watches that I ordered. But, when buying on the Net, I would not use any other card than American Express. Good luck buying phony watches.

    I freaked out for a bit thinking I had been ripped off, but it just takes a bit of patience. I emailed them after 5 days to enquire about delivery and they got back to me saying that it shouldn’t be too much longer.

    Considering the quality of the watches, and the great prices, I think the people here who are disappointed just need a bit more patience. Customs and sending out of China is a pain, and it is usually outside of the control of sites like exactreplicas.com.

    Give them a try, I am about to again – I found this comment thread when Googling around exactreplicas – ordering 2 more (one as a gift and another for a co-worker who saw mine and asked where I got it from (a submariner, no less :)))

    Hey, I´m back with an update. Purchased on december 23rd, after a lot of suffering my order was sent with a month of delay, the shipping information was wrong (what a surprise) so my order was sent back to china. I requested my order to be reshipped to a different address, they told me that they would do it right away, after 3 weeeks nothing, and today I got a response (from a follow up e-mail I sent inquiring about the shipment that was supposed to be sent to the second address) and the person had no idea that my order was sent back to them and that they were supposed to send it again (again, what a surprise, they don´t even read the inquiries by mail carefully).
    It´s been 2 and a half months already, I don´t think it is a scam because my order was sent with a delay the first time, but with the wrong information, I don´t know how many months I´m going to have to wait to get my watches, but I asked today for my money back. Let´s see how it goes.

    Hi all. I’ve posted previously to let you guys know of my experience with Exact Replicas and how I eventually did get my watch after a couple of months wait. These guys recently had a Sale on (who can resist a Sale!) and all watches were 50% off! So I warily decided to give it another shot. I ordered a Rolex Submariner at half the cost. Lo and behold, it arrived in my PO box in, have a guess…..2 and a half weeks! Thats right! Within 20 days! Now I gotta say thats a major improvement. And the watch? Its not a bad replica at all. The body and casing is pure class but the band could be better. But hey, I got exactly what I ordered at a bargain price within 3 weeks. But then again, I probably got lucky. Cheers.

    Hi, I ordered a replica Rolex 50th Anniversary Submariner from Exactreplicas on February 23rd, 2009. I’d been looking at replicas for a while, and Exactreplicas’ prices were great and their products looked decent, even though a lot of their pictures are shuffled. I’d read lots of comments online including in this blog and just want to share my experience.

    As mentioned, I ordered on the Feb 23rd, using a 50% off coupon they e-mailed to their newsletter subscribers. I figured, “why not? A Sub replica for $60.” I received it on Friday March 13th, nearly three weeks after I ordered ( ilve in the Eastern US). While that is way beyond any of the three different claims for shipping times on their site, I knew to expect that. It was securely wrapped and cushioned. Honestly, one could play basketball with the package and the watch would not be harmed. In case there is any confusion, it was shipped from China, not Chicago as the site claims, with Chinese writing on the wrapping. I did not attempt to contact them and therefore have no experience to share with their customer service.

    As for the watch, it is of very good quality, especially for the price. It passes on all of the basic diagnostics (ie: laser etching, correct markings, holo sticker, all of the words on the dial are clearly defined and lined up correctly, the cyclops glass magnifies correctly, etc.) I have not weighted the watch, but it is fairly heavy. The rotating uni-directional bezel seems correct except that the genuine Subs supposedly have 120 “clicks” and this has only 90. The band seems light, but it may be correct. My basis for comparison is an older model Citizen (from before Eco-Drive) that I have found has an extraordinarily heavy band. The band came through a bit short for my wrist, so I just bought and added an extra link off Ebay. All the screws in the band are actual screws, matching the link I bought. The hack mechanism works on the crown. The face seems to be real mineral glass (I did the test with a drop of water where real mineral glass will cause the water to draw together due to its extremely smooth surface.) The second hand “tics” four times per second rather than the eight of a genuine Rolex. It still appears to sweep, but it’s a little jerky. The pearl at 12:00 on the bezel has fallen off in everyday use. No huge deal, I can probably find another one on ebay. Where the band connects to the case there is a bit more of a gap than on a genuine model. So far, it keeps excellent time, but if I do not wear it for one day it loses its charge before the next day. That may be typical for a perpetual watch. Either way, I should invest in an electric watch winder.

    Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase, especially for such little money. I actually have another watch on order. I ordered Tuesday the 24th of March, so we’ll see how that goes. To all of those who feel they’ve been ripped off, just be patient. I received my tracking number 2 weeks to the day after my first order. They just seem to run on a different schedule. The watches are not perfect, but will fool plenty of people and are unbeatable for the money. It seems that they are a legitimate company that just ships things late. For those who never received anything, maybe it was flagged in customs for some reason and lost to the ages. All I know is that I have had good experiences so far, and wanted to share with others what to expect.

    Nancy Meyers and Exact Watches are 2 names everyone needs to steer well clear of, I bought a watch from exact watches back in March 2011 and had nothing but trouble it. It took 6 months to get a suitable response from the face of Exact Watches, Nancy Meyers. With instructions to send back for repairs we did so. And that is the last we have seen of the watch or our money. Exact watches is a Chinese company and is nothing more than a rip off. Save your money or spend it elsewhere as you will only be disappointed.
