A mate once asked me why I would ever consider purchasing a replica rolex and my jaw just dropped. I playfully punched him in the arm and asked him where the heck I would get the thousands of dollars to purchase a real one?
Let’s face it, most of us would never be able to afford a real Rolex and while a replica may never have the quality and precision of a true Rolex at least it is within grasp of the less wealthy. The only problems lies in how do you work out which one is a good replica and which one is just a pile of crap that falls apart after wearing it a few times. I have heard some horror stories about replica watches and if I am going to outlay any money at all on one, I would want a half decent one that was worth the money I spent on it.
