People who truly value their business will make sure that staff are well looked after as happy staff usually tend to be a lot more productive than unhappy ones. Keeping this in mind it surprises me some of the office chairs that I see in some places. Considering the amount of time some staff spend in these chairs, you would think that management would provide some nice comfortable, ergonomically designed chairs for them in order to keep productivity at a maximum.
