I’ve always loved taking photos but never really took it seriously until I started up a couple of photoblogs. Now I take my trusty digital with me everywhere I go. Lately I have been experimenting with the effects of water drops as they fall into a container of water. Some of the results have been quite remarkable, especially this one.
If you look at it closely you can see a human form in the resulting splash. Some have jokingly likened it to a Marian figure and that I could cash in on it. At first I thought that it was more masculine than feminine, but on a second look I could actually see a female form wearing some sort of material over her head. What can you see?

That’s an awesome photo. I can see the Marian resemblance once you point it out, but that’s not really my thing. I think we can see whatever idea is placed into our heads about these things. The first thing I was actually reminded of was the movie, The Abyss. Good shot!
