It just goes to show that you should never count your chickens before they hatch. During the week almost everyone had written the Crows off saying that Collingwood would once again beat them at the MCG. Too bad that nobody told the Crows that, because they showed the opposition that although they were sporting a lot of new blood they were in it to win.
It was a really good game with a bit of sea sawing as far as the scores were concerned, but the Crows won out in the end starting one of the first upsets for the season.
