This is pretty bloody tragic. As an Australian I am not sure how the medical and emergency procedures work in the States and I really hope that this is not a common occurrence. As it turns out this woman died while waiting for treatment on the hospital floor. A call to 911 fell on deaf ears and one could only hope that things will change so that another similar tragedy does not occur. I can definitely see a law suit in the making over this one.
