I have had several loans in my life and I have always found them to be beneficial to the way I have lived my life. I would say that the most important loan I have ever had would have to be the Mortgage Loan. You see though my house was paid off I decided to use the equity to borrow money for a business venture and I have never looked back.

I reckon though that when I was paying off my original home loan I would have saved heaps of money if I had taken the time to refinance the loan at a cheaper rate. Still these days although it is really easy to get a cash advance and they definitely come in handy, you should always make sure that you do not borrow more than you can pay back comfortably, especially if you have other debts that have to be paid back.
