So, How Good Is Lipo 6 Black?

Man, some of the stuff that comes out of the States simply astounds me. Apparently they had a product called Lipo 6 which supposedly has fantastic fat burning properties. So many people were raving about it the company decided to come up with another product called lipo 6 black that they thought would intensify the ingredients of the original Lipo 6.

It seems that some of the reviews were not what they expected. Sure some liked it but others thought it so bad not only could they not work out it would also keep them up all night, and we all know how important a good night sleep is. The one ingredient that seems to be the culprit is the huge amount of caffeine found in the product. While there may be many people who would still give it a try, I reckon I will give it a miss.

I have to defend Lipo 6. Being a weight lifter I found the product to work as advertised. Follow the directions by slowly upping the dose, and don’t take it too late in the day or you *will* lose sleep at night. Wanted to lose a bit of weight before my Honeymoon in Hawaii, and my running schedule at the time wasn’t very intense.

I’ve recently started training for a run up Mt. Whitney and haven’t had a need for Lipo 6 since. So, I guess, if you want to lose weight, take up trail running 😉

Hi Herman, I reckon not everyone reads instructions. I’m glad it worked for you.
