When it business it’s important that you train staff the right way. Not only must they know how to treat the customer they should amongst other things know how to give the right change. Failing to do this could cost the company literally hundreds of dollars every year.
The problem is how do you educate your staff so that they can give the correct change in a timely fashion. I looked high and low until I found the best educational video on the market.
Now if I can only find that gal in the video so that she can give me some personal training.
I think I’d be doing all me shopping at that place. 🙂
