Just a quick update on the stupid father who tried cooking his little baby girl in a hotel microwave oven. It seems that all he got was 25 years in jail and he could get paroled after serving only half that time. Seems to me he got off lightly and I wonder if the jurors fell for his temporary insanity plea.
That poor little girl got second and third degree burns and had to have half an ear amputated and her stupid dad gets to spend a few years in jail. This news clip has a bit more information and includes some great shots of this cute little girl.
Now, that’s a load of bullshit. 25 years? I am happy to know that the baby lived, but the fact that he can be on the streets in less than 13 years pisses me off.
Honestly, I’ll be surprised if he makes it through his first year of prison. They so like prisoners who hurts children. I hope he gets a huge cellmate named Bubba who “needs a woman”.

Hell, maybe Bubba could also teach him how to cook. I reckon banging some saucepans on his head every day just to gain his attention wouldn’t go astray. And with every bang maybe they could use the litany “Thou shalt not put babies in the microwave” for the next 25 years (no way he should get paroled) will drum some sense into him.
So help me, if they parole that fool, I’ll lose all faith in the Texas Judicial System. The only state in the union that enjoys passing out executions.
