I’m sure that everyone would love to have a successful online business. The truth is while having a successful online business is no easy task, it is possible and it won’t cost you an arm and a leg. I remember when I first bought a Deli some 30-40 years ago it cost me about $80,000 dollars. I’m sure buying a successful one today would set you back almost as much. I’m going to show you how you can have your very own online store for almost peanuts.

First let me show you my online stores.

  • The Gifts Guru Gift Store: This was my first online store and is basically offering a whole sleuth of gift ideas.
  • EZ e Sports Store: My second store focuses on sports orientated goods.
  • Best Sex Toys: The sex aids store is a huge market and so I thought having one would be a good idea.
  • Wassup Top Shopping: This store stocks almost anything and concentrates on a lot of goods that are popular and have a high profit margin.

The beauty about these stores is you don’t physically have to have a warehouse or actually carry the stock yourself. Nope all you need do is to join AliExpress as an affiliate, which is totally free. You can do that by joining at their AliExpress Portal portal.

The next thing you need do is to purchase the Xpress Stores Pro plugin for a low $47! That is your first cost. You need to be quick for this one because they say this low price is temporary, or that could be just a sales pitch.

Of course to have an online store you need to have a website and to do that you need to join a reputable web host. I have about 12 blogs and I host them with 4 different web hosts. I’ve used several other but I’ve found these to be the most reliable.

  • Inmotion Hosting: My favourite hosting provider! Although you can get shared hosting for $5.99 per month I’m paying around $40 per month for VPS Hosting.
  • Lunar Pages: Offers their basic plan for only $4.95 per month which is $59.40 per year. You also get a free domain for the first year.
  • GreenGeeks: If you’re looking for a “Green” host then there’s none better than GreenGeeks whose basic plan starts at only $3.96 per month or $47.52 per year.
  • Hostgator: At $5.56 per month or$66.72 per year is probably the most expensive but one of the biggest web hosts out there.
  • Webhosting Pad: At only $1.99 per month, that’s only $23.88 per year, they are probably the most cheapest web hosting in town! My Sex Toys shop is hosted with them.

As not all hosting packages come with a domain you will need to purchase that as well. But don’t worry, at only $9.99 per year you can get your domain from Dynadot! When ordering your domain make sure it contains your store name somewhere in the domain name.

While you can run your store using one of the many free themes I prefer to use FlexSqueeze2 as I’ve found it to be the most versatile paid theme out there. For a limited time you can get this theme for only $97. I use this theme for all my sites. You can see a list of my sites with their relative host here.

If we now total all those costs using Webhosting Pad as the cheapest host, the total cost of your online store is only $177.87! Where on earth can you start up a business for such a low outlay. Keep in mind that the cost of the plugin and theme is a one time only cost. After that you’re only paying for the hosting and domain costing you only $33.87 per year.

Just so you can see how easy it is to set up your store I’ve put together a video for you.

Starting Your Online Store

They say walking is a great tool for losing weight. I didn’t discover this to be true until my kids bought me a Fitbit Charge HR for my birthday. Thing with me is that I didn’t want to just take those leisurely walks like I see so many people doing. Sure a leisurely walk is better than nothing but I felt that if you want to lose serious weight you need to push yourself. That being the case I needed to find a serious walking trail.

Lucky for me I live close to Cobbler Creek. Cobbler Creek has a lot of walking trails as well as bike trails some of which are shared trails. On of those trails is the Porosa Trail. The Porosa hiking trail is only about 3.5 k’s in length but it all depends on how you go about it.

Highlights Of The Porosa Trail

The video above is some of the highlights of one of my Porosa Trail hikes. I’ve found along the Porosa Trail that at times there are several different routes that you can take. That video shows what I feel are the best routes for the Porosa trail. All in all from the Smith Rd entrance and back it was a 11k round trip.

You’ll find the following link to be a great explanation of how great a fitness motivator the Fitbit truly is. There are a whole lot of Fitbits available which makes it easy to find one suited for the individual.

Don’t you hate it when you have to scan something and you can’t get your damn scanner to work? Well it happened to me! I have a MacBook Pro and a Canon MG7160 Printer. The MG7160 printer connects to my Wi-Fi without a problem so I didn’t think I would have any scanner problems.

How wrong was I? Even connecting the Canon MG7160 to my MacBook Pro via a USB didn’t work. It took quite some time to finally get it all to work. Now I don’t even have to be in the same room to scan documents! I have to admit though that it’s a bit of a pain in the arse having to go back and forth so I can change the documents in the scanner. 😉

How To Fix The Canon MG7160 Scanner Error

As you all know I have quite a few blogs. Thirteen to be exact! This particular blog was my first blog. If you were to go back and view the early posts you’d see just how far I have progressed as a blogger. I would be the first to admit that my early posts were pretty crappy 😀

The problem with having so many blogs is that it’s pretty hard to maintain them all. However I have learned that out of all my blogs the ones producing the most income are my lotto blogs, Buy Online Lottery Tickets and Get Online Lottery Tickets. Too bad I didn’t realise all those years ago how good a niche blog those two blogs would turn out to be.

Out of all my blogs there are three categories that are bringing a lot of traffic. For WassupBlog that category would have to be Friday Funnies. Friday Funnies is a weekly post that goes live every Friday. As of this post I’ve written 181 Friday Funnies posts.

On my EZ eSports Betting blog the most popular category would be Hot Sports Babes! I decided on writing about Hot Sports Babes because who doesn’t like looking at hot sportswomen right?

Because the Fridays Funnies posts have turned out to be so popular I started a Sports Jokes category on Sports Betting Sites. Un fortunately there aren’t as many really funny sports jokes as In would have hoped.

While my Sports Betting blog hasn’t started making any serious money yet I do have high hopes for it.

Something that is making me some money is my YouTube Channel. My latest video is trying to break into the very popular ‘Funny Dog Videos’.  You can see it below.

There’s a whole lot of funny dog compilations on YouTube but not all the dog videos in those compilations are funny. Which is why I thought I would give it a shot. That plus I wanted to test my latest Final Cut Pro X software. I think it came out pretty good. What do you think? If you got a kick out of it I’d love for you to “Like” it for me. 😉

VPN Service Protect Your Online Activity

Believe it or not you need a VPN service to protect your online world! NordVPN offers you an affordable, reliable VPN service. A VPN (Virtual Private Network) allows you to securely access the internet through a private network of servers. Much like how a firewall protects the data on your personal computer, a VPN protects your internet activity.

The following image shows you in an east to understand way how a VPN works.

How Does VPN Work

What does a VPN do?

  • Encrypts your internet traffic, protecting you from anyone monitoring a WiFi network
  • Masks your connection location, allowing you to avoid pesky geographic blocks. Perfect for keeping access to Facebook, Twitter, Netflix, etc. while you travel
  • Hides your internet activity making it impossible to gather information on your browsing and download habits
  • Hides your IP address to protect your identity and location
  • And more!

Best of all, everything you do on the internet through the VPN is completely anonymous, private, and encrypted. None of the traffic is monitored or limited in any way, and no logs are kept. This allows you to comfortably browse the internet knowing nobody can see what you’re doing.

So screw big Brother and everybody else that wants to know what you’re doing online. Stop hackers and prying eyes by investing in a good VPN service.

Most people don’t like to join any online company unless they come with some form of positive recommendations. NordVPN has been reviewed in torrentfreak.com, vpncompare.co.uk, vpncoupons.com, vpnfighter.com, vpncreative.net, bestvpnservice.com, proxybay.info, securitybydefault.com, vpnsp.com, schoolofprivacy.eu, top-anonymity.com, vpnpaid.com, as well as other outlets.

What’s even better is they’re PCMag’s editor choice, and you can get a VPN account for only $3 for a limited time as there is only a limited number left.
